What we collect

When you ask for a quote or book a job we collect your name, phone number, email address and property address, plus details and photos of the job.

How we use it

We use your information only to quote, book, carry out and invoice your gutter clean, to send booking reminders, and to let you know when your next clean is due. We never sell or rent your information.

Who we share it with

Your details are stored in the business software we use to run Turbovac: ServiceM8 (jobs and quotes), Xero (invoices) and Google Workspace (email and documents). We also use Google and Facebook ads, which may set cookies on this website. We share information only with these services, or where the law requires it.

Google account data

We use an internal tool connected to our own Turbovac Google account (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets and YouTube) to manage our business paperwork. It accesses only our own account. Data from Google APIs is not shared with third parties, is not used for advertising, and is used in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
