Gutter Cleaning in East Maitland: A Garden Growing in the Garage Gutters ($100)
Davie in East Maitland didn't need his whole house done. He needed just the two gutters on his garage, about 7.5 x 7 m. The catch: those gutters had a garden growing in them.
The job at a glance
Customer: Davie
Location: East Maitland
Property: Detached garage, about 7.5 x 7 m, two gutters
Roof type: Corrugated metal
Problem: Plants growing in the gutters, roots matted through the debris
Service: Big plants pulled out by hand, then gutter vacuum cleaning
Price: $100
Result: Plants and roots gone, gutters clear
The problem
A shrub had taken root in the gutter and was growing well above the roofline, with grass and leaf litter around it.

When plants grow in a gutter, their roots bind the leaves and dirt into a solid mat. Water can't get through to the downpipe, so it spills over the edge.
What Turbovac did
The biggest plants were too well rooted for the vacuum, so Mark pulled them out by hand first, then vacuumed the rest out of both gutters. Turbovac works from the ground wherever possible, with ladders and harness where access needs it.

What it cost
This job was $100, quoted up front for the two garage gutters only. You don't have to book the whole house if only one building needs it. Standard homes start from $250.
