This Cessnock home had years of leaf buildup packed into its gutters. TurboVac cleared it all with a ground-based vacuum - without ever stepping on the home's fragile terracotta roof.
The job at a glance
Location: Cessnock, NSW
Property: Residential home
Roof type: Terracotta tile
Problem: Years of compacted leaf buildup
Service: Ground-based gutter vacuum clean
Result: Gutters fully cleared, terracotta roof protected
The problem
Years of fallen leaves had compacted into a heavy, soil-like layer in the gutters - common in the leafy Cessnock and vineyard district. Terracotta tiles are particularly brittle and crack easily underfoot, so clearing gutters by walking this roof would have been a real risk to the tiles.

What TurboVac did
TurboVac removed the compacted buildup using a ground-based vacuum system, working entirely from the ground with extendable poles. The terracotta roof was never walked on. Even the heavy, compacted debris was drawn into the truck's collection tank, and the downpipes were checked and cleared.
The result
Years of buildup were fully removed and the gutters were left clear and draining freely. The brittle terracotta roof was completely protected throughout the job, and the owners received before-and-after photos of the result.
